PERMITTING
Our Design team is very hands on from start to finish at various levels of civil design including; conceptual layouts for future commercial/residential development, utility routing/design, utility conflict resolution, local and federal design requirement application, traffic control design, roadway design, general detailing, utility and surface profiling.
BASEMAPPING
Attention to detail is key here at Bright Ideas Design Soultions. We specialize in basemapping and/or Existing Condition Plans (ECPs) - develop top-quality DWGs for future design use which includes surveys (line work & surface generation), "tracing" of aerial photography, applying utility atlases & GIS information, researching and applying local and federal code restrictions such as easements, FEMA maps, landscape restrictions, etc.
